PLUS guide rings are are made with high mechanical precision (built with CNC machines from aluminum block) and they&#8217;re designed for an easy connection to other PLUS mechanical elements such Vixen or Losmandy style dovetail bars or support rings. By connecting them to other PLUS elements with 2 screws, you can avoid flexures that are a common problem in astrophotography.
