In order to take pictures of Moon, Planets and Sun, this camera has all the requirements needed to get results with ease and quality. The 5 micron pixels and the high-speed frame download allow for numerous high-quality frames and resolution in a very short time to be recorded. You can also record images in ROI format (Region Of Interest) useful for improving the quality of your final images.
This new version, unlike the previous model, has been equipped with a ST4 guide port, allowing the user to take advantage of this CMOS sensor. In fact it is possible to make it work in binning 1x1 and 2x2 making the most of its potential. The ST4 cable is supplied as standard with all ASI034 camera.
