The G11T mount by Losmandy offers a very high photographic payload capacity of 34 kg with a very low periodic error of +/- 5 arcseconds or better. Designed also for low temperature operation (down to -18°C), the Losmandy G11T equatorial head weights 28 kg and it splits into two pieces for transport: R.A. 20 kg and DEC. 8 kg. It comes also with 32mm diameter removable counterweight shaft with safety stop and one 9.5kg counterweight. Losmandy G11T mount comes with a dovetail clamp for both Losmandy and Vixen style dovetail bars and the optional polare scope works in Northern and Southern Hemisphere, through the axis polar scope mounting.

Gemini 2 computer

The latest Gemini has been completely redesigned with a more powerful CPU, more memory and an interactive color touch screen for versatility and ease of use. The new full color graphic touch screen clearly displays all functions and the classic four-button pattern for guiding, centering, moving and slewing (both on the touch screen and a tactile membrane on the rear). Gemini 2 offers multi star alignment/modeling for accurate pointing on both sides of meridian and GOTO rates up to 8 degs/sec. DC Servos have improved accuracy with higher torque and smoother tracking than stepper motors. GPS-compatible (with optional receiver), Gemini 2 has a database of over 40.000 objects and offers 2 USB ports (Virtual COM to PC, ASCOM or planetarium program), permanent PEC correction, Auto-Guide port (TTL), Polar Align Assist, Permanent Dec Backlash compensation and a lot of other advanced features.

HD folding tripod included

Losmandy G11T mount comes with folding HD tripod, all machined aluminum, black anodized. The HD tripod has an adjustable height, from 84 to 122cm and it comes with folding leg design for easy transporting. HD tripod weight is 16 kg.
